Cheryl Hayes received her M.F.A. from the University of New Orleans and went on to do post graduate studies at Temple University. She recieved a state of Louisiana board of Regents Fellowship and has shown all over the East Coast. She has been associated with Simonne Stern Gallery and the Contemporary Art Center of New Orleans.
